All prices below are one-time project fees in GBP, excluding VAT. Each plan includes the data audit, prototype, production deployment and 90 days of post-launch support. If your project doesn't fit neatly into one of these boxes, we will quote a custom scope after the discovery call.

The project fees above cover everything from discovery to deployment. After the support period ends, you have two options: run the model independently (we hand over all code and documentation) or subscribe to one of our maintenance plans.
If you don't have your own cloud account, we host the model on UK-based infrastructure. The cost is £180 per month for Starter-tier workloads and £350 per month for Professional or Enterprise workloads. This covers compute, storage, SSL, daily backups and 99.5% uptime SLA.
After the included support window, you can extend coverage at £600 per quarter (Starter) or £1,100 per quarter (Professional). Enterprise clients negotiate support terms as part of their project agreement. Extended support includes priority response within four business hours, quarterly retraining runs and access to our monitoring Slack channel.
Some projects need labelled training data that doesn't exist yet. We coordinate labelling sprints using a mix of internal annotators and a vetted UK-based annotation partner. Typical cost is £0.08 to £0.25 per label depending on task complexity. We will estimate the labelling budget during the data audit so you can approve it before any annotation begins.
Our fees do not cover third-party software licences (for example, if your project requires a paid API like Google Maps or a commercial OCR engine), nor do they cover hardware purchases for on-premise deployments. We will flag any such costs in the proposal so there are no surprises.
