What happens after you reach out
Once we receive your enquiry, here is the sequence of events.
Within one working day, one of our engineers will email you back with a few clarifying questions about your data landscape and the problem you want to solve. We don't send templated replies; the response will be specific to what you described in your message.
If the project sounds like a good fit, we will suggest a 30-minute video call. During that call we will discuss your current systems, the volume and format of data available, and the business decision the AI model needs to support. There is no obligation and no fee for this conversation.
After the call, if both sides want to proceed, we send a short engagement letter covering the data audit scope, timeline and cost. The audit is the first paid milestone and produces a standalone report you keep regardless of whether you continue to the build phase.
We are straightforward about timelines. If we are at capacity and cannot start your project for several weeks, we will tell you upfront rather than let you wait without updates.
